Step 1: Access the EPOS Website

Step 5: Finalise Your Registration

Now you’re almost done:

  • Complete your contact details if prompted again.

  • If you're already living in Ireland, you can enter either your:

    • Irish Residency Permit (IRP) number (on the back of your IRP card), or

    • Personal Public Service (PPS) number.

  • Upload the image of your passport's personal details page.

  • Click “Submit.”

Once your account is set up:

  • You can begin applying for employment permits.

  • Any updates or communications will be sent to your verified email address.

  • Do note: Both the employee and employer need to provide details during the application process.
